Returns & Refunds
REFUND & RETURNS POLICY
We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery of your order.
Returned goods must comply with our return policy:
- Items must be returned unworn, with hygiene stickers attached, undamaged and unused, with all tags and original packaging included
- Swimwear must only be tried on over your own underwear. We will not accept any returns that have been worn or soiled
- Made to order items cannot be returned as they have been created to your specification unless the item arrives damaged or defective in delivery.
Be careful when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition as you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policies will not be accepted.
We offer a flexible return policy to ensure a better shopping experience for our customers. We track the number of product returns and reserve the right to close your account or limit future orders if your return behavior violates our return policy.
Order cancellation according to the Consumer Contracts Regulation
Depending on where you live, you may also choose to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (CCRs). If you would like to cancel your order, you must inform us of your wish to cancel within 14 days from the date of delivery of your order by email to info@7seas.eu. Once you notify us, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the items to us.

Money Back
Once we receive your return, processing it may take up to 6 calendar days. Once your return has been accepted, your refund will be processed using your original method of payment, excluding any delivery charges. Depending on the payment provider, the refund may take up to 14 days to appear in your account.
Defective items
If you receive goods in a faulty or damaged condition, or if they do not fully match the description on our website, please contact our customer service team at info@7seas.eu as soon as possible
